This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will evaluate and design competitive compensation and benefit structures that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include handling compensation planning, job evaluations, analyzing employee benefits programs, managing salary structures, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the role will provide in-depth analysis of data to recommend strategies for optimizing workforce satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Compensation Planning, Compensation Management, and developing Compensation Structures
  • Knowledge of Job Evaluation methods and best practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and inform decisions
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Strong understanding of relevant labor laws and compliance standards in Singapore
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
