Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing including CPF submission, tax filling, government-related claims processing, submit to relevant statutory board and preparation of payroll report
• Validates and updates employees payment related information
• Support a full spectrum of payroll function including bonus, ad-hoc pay and other allowances on a monthly basis
• Support the timely and accurate payroll processing for global
• Liaise closely with HR & Finance team and payroll vendor on monthly payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll
• Ensure accuracy of HR data for monthly payroll processing

Requirements

• Fluent English & Chinese is a must to liaise with internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Diploma/Degree in Finance; Business or equivalent
• 3-5 years of C&B, HR or payroll experience
• Meticulous and hard-working
• Experience or knowledge of web3
