COMPENSATION & BENEFITS MANAGER
Charterhouse, Singapore are supporting an exciting and rapidly expanding brand within the leisure industry in their search for a Compensation and Benefits Manager.
This individual contributor will report directly to the HR Director and be responsible for the end-to-end C&B responsibilities as well as supporting on some regional projects as needed.
This person will need to partner with the business leaders and will need someone who is able to provide guidance and advise where needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of Compensation & Benefits projects and look at innovative and creative new ways to make improvements
- Review the job grading and provide comprehensive salary benchmarking and manpower budgeting exercise.
- Lead and manage talent reviews, salary reviews, bonus exercise, share plans
- Devise and implement the Long-Term Incentive plan and regularly analyse and review total rewards taking guidance from the market and ensuring this remains competitive
- Analyze market trends, benchmark data, and employee feedback to continuously improve benefits offerings
- Offer support to the HRIS improvements and implementations for the C&B focus
- Guide and support leaders on compensation-related matters such as including salary structures, incentives, and benefits packages.
- Manage the administration of the employee benefits programs such as including health insurance, provident fund and wellness initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS usage.
Attributes
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of Compensation & Benefits experience from an inhouse setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of HR metrics.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in supporting HRIS implementation or process improvement would be a plus
