Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Our client is a leading industrial player and is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their HR team. In this role, you will manage the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to ensure equitable pay structures.
• Collaborate with leadership on the development of compensation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee benefits administration and maintain strong vendor partnerships.
• Provide clear communication and guidance to employees on rewards and benefits.
• Interpret data and deliver insights to management through regular reporting.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Human Resources, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, compensation practices and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in HRIS System eg Successfactors and tools like PowerBi, Tableu.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
