Job Description

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head of Compensation, you will play a key role in reviewing and enhancing compensation policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Your responsibilities will include job architecture design, participating in salary benchmarking exercises, analyzing market compensation data, and ensuring alignment of compensation programs with market standards.
  • You will also support the annual performance management cycle, recommend policy or structural changes, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide expert compensation advice as needed.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in HR or any related discipline, bring along with you 7 years of relevant experience.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, well versed in compensation practices, are analytical and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience using Mercer or Hay methodology will be advantageou
