Reporting to the Head of Compensation, you will play a key role in reviewing and enhancing compensation policies, procedures, and processes.
Your responsibilities will include job architecture design, participating in salary benchmarking exercises, analyzing market compensation data, and ensuring alignment of compensation programs with market standards.
You will also support the annual performance management cycle, recommend policy or structural changes, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide expert compensation advice as needed.
Your Profile
You have a degree in HR or any related discipline, bring along with you 7 years of relevant experience.
You have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, well versed in compensation practices, are analytical and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience using Mercer or Hay methodology will be advantageou
