Company Driver

We are looking for an experienced, mature, and professional Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility is to provide safe and efficient transportation services for the company's Directors, guests, and clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, familiar with Singapore's major roads, and prepared to handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Chauffeur Services

. Chauffeur Directors, guests, and clients to and from home, office, meetings, functions, and outings. (Majority of driving will be a Toyota Alphard).

. Plan optimal routes to ensure timely arrivals while prioritizing safety and comfort.

2. Errands & Administrative Support

. Run miscellaneous business-related and personal errands for the Directors and company clients.

. Coordinate with administrative staff to execute support to stakeholder / guests

3. Vehicle Care

. Ensure the vehicle is always kept clean, well-maintained, and in excellent operating condition.

. Coordinate or perform regular maintenance checks and servicing.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

. Valid Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.

. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a chauffeuring role. Experience as a personal driver is a strong advantage.

Skills & Attributes

. Language: Proficient in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and perform translation (English-Chinese) as needed for work purposes.

. Professionalism: Must be punctual, safety-conscious, and possess excellent time management skills.

. Interpersonal: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.

. Confidentiality: Ability to handle all confidential matters with integrity, tact, and professionalism.

Work Expectations

. Flexibility to work overtime and be on standby 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.
