Executive Transport: Provide safe and efficient transportation for the CEO or any other designated personnel to all business and personal engagements.
Route Planning: Proactively monitor traffic patterns, weather conditions, and road closures to ensure the most efficient routes are always taken.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the executive fleet is kept in pristine condition (interior and exterior) and manage all refueling, servicing, and inspection schedules. Additional responsibilities may include performing refueling, servicing, and inspections for other vehicles within the fleet management system as assigned.
Concierge Assistance: Assist with luggage, manage door service, and occasionally handle light administrative errands or document deliveries.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of professional boundaries and confidentiality regarding all conversations and business matters overheard during transit.
Requirements
3+ years of professional driving experience, preferably for C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals.
Valid class 3 driving license with a clean impeccable safety driving record. Specialized chauffeur permits are a plus.
Expert-level knowledge of local geography, major landmarks, and airport protocols.
Flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends and public holidays as required. Ability to adapt to changes in schedules and handle last minute requests.
Possesses strong time management skills and maintains confidentiality and respect for privacy.
Proficient in using GPS, traffic apps, and communication tools.
