8028 Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Director to provide leadership and strategic oversight across manpower services, affiliate partnerships, and business expansion initiatives within the 8028 Group of Companies. This senior leadership role requires extensive knowledge of manpower operations, regulatory compliance, and affiliate management.
The Director will oversee manpower deployment projects, ensure compliance with MOM regulations, and handle a portfolio of affiliates under 8028 Holdings. In addition, the role involves leveraging digital and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and support the Group's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Provide overall leadership across manpower, affiliates, and business development functions within the 8028 Group of Companies.
- Develop and execute strategies for manpower deployment, affiliate growth, and business expansion.
- Align corporate governance with operational delivery and revenue objectives.
2. Manpower Operations & Compliance
- Oversee the full cycle of manpower services, from recruitment and onboarding to deployment and retention.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, including employment contracts, pass applications, and worker welfare.
- Maintain and update policies to align with regulatory changes.
3. Affiliate Management
- Manage affiliates under 8028 Holdings, ensuring compliance, performance monitoring, and profitability.
- Build and expand affiliate networks to support business growth within the Group.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts with transparency and accountability.
4. Business Development & Innovation
- Drive new revenue streams across manpower, media, and digital sectors.
- Identify and apply AI-driven tools to streamline manpower allocation, analytics, and affiliate tracking.
- Explore new opportunities for partnerships and market entry.
5. Financial & Operational Oversight
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics across manpower and affiliate divisions.
- Implement systems to monitor efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and profitability.
6. Representation & Partnerships
- Represent the company in MOM-related matters, industry forums, and affiliate discussions.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders including government bodies, clients, affiliates, and industry peers.
7. People Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor internal teams across manpower and affiliate divisions.
- Conduct regular training on compliance, operational processes, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience in manpower services, recruitment, or HR operations.
- CEI (KAH) certification is strongly preferred, as the role involves handling affiliates under 8028 Holdings within the Group.
- Strong working knowledge of MOM regulations, including work pass management, employment laws, and manpower compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in affiliate management, partnership development, and business expansion.
- Solid financial and operational management experience, with proven ability to meet revenue and compliance targets.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and digital platforms to support manpower and affiliate operations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
