Community Manager - Singapore (Freelance/Part-Time)

Job Summary:

We&aposre seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to lead our efforts in growing our community and finding partners for joint activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our total members or subscribers without membership fees. This is a freelance/part-time opportunity, and the successful candidate will work closely with our team to achieve our community growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Community Growth*: Develop and implement strategies to increase our community members or subscribers without membership fees.

2. *Partnership Development*: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, or businesses to collaborate on joint activities.

3. *Content Creation*: Create engaging content (social media posts, blog articles, etc.) to promote our community and attract new members.

4. *Community Engagement*: Foster a sense of community by responding to comments, messages, and posts, and encouraging discussions and interactions.

5. *Partnership Management*: Manage and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring successful collaborations and joint activities.

6. *Analytics and Reporting*: Track and analyze community growth metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

1. *Experience*: Proven experience in community management, marketing, or a related field.

2. *Communication Skills*: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

3. *Strategic Thinking*: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to grow our community and establish partnerships.

4. *Creativity*: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content and engagement strategies.

Work Arrangement:
