Role Overview

We are looking for a warm, proactive and highly organised Community Manager to grow and nurture our Legendairy Milk SG community both online and offline. This role is ideal for someone who understands the motherhood space, loves engaging with people, and knows how to turn followers into loyal brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

  • Manage and respond to DMs, comments and community queries across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms

  • Moderate and nurture Facebook groups or private communities

  • Build authentic relationships with customers and ambassadors

  • Identify and engage micro-influencers within the motherhood space

Content & Growth Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan community-driven content

  • Gather customer testimonials, user-generated content and success stories

  • Suggest content ideas based on customer feedback and trends

  • Track engagement metrics and community growth performance

Events & Activations

  • Plan and execute small-scale community events (workshops, mama meetups, launch events)

  • Coordinate goody bags, partnerships and collaborations

  • Support event logistics and on-the-ground execution

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects warmth, empathy and professionalism

  • Escalate product or service issues to the relevant team promptly

  • Identify common concerns and feedback to improve overall customer journey

Requirements

  • Experience in community management, social media, events or customer engagement

  • Passion for the motherhood, pregnancy or breastfeeding space

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised with good project management abilities

  • Comfortable being on camera and engaging live (bonus)

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Singapore-based
