Community Management Executive (11-Month Contract)
Salary: $3,100 - $3,300/month
Contract: May 2026 - March 2027
Working Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am-6:00pm | Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Role Overview
Support community outreach initiatives that promote emergency preparedness in Singapore. The role involves managing operations of a national emergency response mobile application, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting programmes that build the Community First Responder network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support community outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement for emergency preparedness programmes
- Assist in managing the national AED registry and initiatives promoting CPR-AED skills
- Provide secretariat and administrative support for community emergency workgroups
- Plan and coordinate community engagement events and programme launches
- Support maintenance and enhancements of the mobile application through vendor coordination
- Update in-app content (e-learning materials, articles) and assist with testing of new features
- Prepare reports and handle public enquiries and feedback
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Social Sciences, or related field
- Strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with data and digital systems
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadline
- Experience in project coordination or systems support is an advantage
