Job Description

  • Work Location - Central Region
  • Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Monthly Salary - up to $3600
  • Govt Agencies

Job Scope:

  • Provide secretariat, event, and logistical support, including procurement and budget management
  • Ensure events and activities align with organisational objectives and guidelines
  • Support key community and cultural events, such as Chingay, Ramadan, and Lebaran initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Event Management, Marketing & Communications, Volunteer Management, or Youth Engagement Programmes
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
