Community Engagement Executive
- Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)

- Salary: SGD 3000 - SGD 3,500
Job Responsibilities
Community and Volunteer Involvement
- Assess and meet the organisation's needs through the recruitment, placement, training and retention of volunteers
- Collect and conduct data analysis of volunteer engagement targets and submit reports to key stakeholders and funding authorities
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external community partners in fulfilling community engagement projects
- Develop and manage delivery of internal as well as external communication plans to support programme objectives
- Develop, execute and manage volunteer driven programmes
- Engage and build partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as grassroots organisations, corporations, health and educational institutions
- Network and attend meetings relating to volunteer activities with related partners and agencies
- Organise programmes for orientation and induction/training of volunteers
- Plan and organise volunteer appreciation-related activities (e.g. appreciation party, get-together)
- Plan, develop and implement community engagement plans for seniors
- Recruitment of volunteers to provide assistance to members and coordinate community volunteer efforts
- Review and evaluate volunteer programme and activities
Administrative
- Keep and maintain stakeholders registry and statistics
- Oversee and develop corporate marketing materials e.g. annual report,website, social media
- Propose and monitor budget for different programmes and funds
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Provide secretariat support to staff meetings
Job requirements
- Diploma in Community Development/Engagement and above
- Experience in eldercare preferred
- Comfortable with working with seniors
