Job Overview
The Community Engagement Executive supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of community engagement initiatives and partnership programmes. The role involves stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, event support, and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage community stakeholders and partners to strengthen relationships and communication channels
• Coordinate and implement community engagement initiatives, outreach activities, and partnership programmes
• Support the planning and execution of engagement sessions, dialogues, learning visits, and community events
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting minutes
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and partnership development initiatives
• Assist with programme administration, grant-related processes, and operational coordination
• Monitor engagement initiatives and provide recommendations to improve programme effectiveness
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and tracking of engagement activities
• Provide logistical and administrative support for programmes and events
• Support other duties and projects assigned by management
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Communications, Business, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, programme coordination, or related functions
• Experience working with community groups, non-profit organisations, public sector agencies, or related stakeholders will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to support evening, weekend, or after-office-hours engagements and events when required
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Interest in community engagement and partnership-building initiatives
