Community Engagement & Case Management Officer
Responsibilities
- Handle straightforward cases such as bird sightings, noise complaints, and population feedback
- Support officers-in-charge on more complex cases (e.g. feeding incidents, crow attacks)
- Communicate with members of the public to provide information and close cases
- Draft simple reports and maintain case records
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and follow SOPs
- Prior experience in customer service, public engagement, or case management an advantage
