Community Care Executive (Nursing)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality of care provided to the residents
• Provide supervision and coaching to the care team
• Assist in planning, implementing and management of staff training and development programmes
• Ensure overall serviceability and cleanliness of the living environment
• Support manager in the day to day administrative and operational roles
• Support and participate in projects and initiatives

Job Requirements

• A recognized degree or its equivalent
• Experience in healthcare industry desired but not mandatory
• Be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills
