Who we want

A communications specialist with three to five years of experience to join our team. You should be:

• Amazing at shaping communications strategies;
• Awesome with social media content;
• Astounding with client and account management, and have
• Astonishing familiarity with the media landscape and contacts.
• All round awe-inspiring

What you will actually do (not exhaustive)

• Manage and grow key client accounts + Pitch for new accounts
• Provide strategic counsel on communications and crisis plans, with a focus on cohesive delivery across all mediums
• Conceptualise campaigns, including social media and KOL content
• Translate business goals into clear narrative strategies
• Successfully pitch ideas and thought-leadership narratives to media platforms
• Produce high-quality content: op-eds, speeches, press releases, reports
• Build and maintain media relationships

Extra qualities we are looking for

• Communications degree is preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience
• Collaborative and able to work in a team, with strong interpersonal skills
• Confident in leading discussions with senior clients
• Curious about policy, business, social issues, or public narratives
• Calm under pressure and adaptable
• Capable and wish to do meaningful work
