External Communications Specialist to join a leading global technology company, supporting external communications initiatives across

What You'll Be DoingMedia Relations & Press Office
- Support day-to-day media relations activities across Singapore.
- Monitor media trends and identify proactive storytelling opportunities.
- Track media coverage and provide insights and reporting.
- Coordinate media interviews, briefings, and journalist engagements.
- Draft media materials including press releases, Q&As, media pitches, and briefing documents.
Executive Communications & Thought Leadership
- Support executive profiling initiatives and thought leadership campaigns.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars and content plans.
- Draft engaging LinkedIn posts, talking points, speeches, and supporting content, including videos.
Creator & Influencer Engagement
- Coordinate always-on creator and influencer engagement programmes.
- Build relationships with creators and non-traditional media partners.
- Support creator campaigns and content activations aligned with business priorities.
Campaign & Project Management
- Coordinate regional communication campaigns and major launch initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, communication plans, creative assets, and event logistics.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure successful execution.
Reporting & Communications Operations
- Prepare weekly communications reports and media monitoring updates.
- Maintain project trackers, editorial calendars, and reporting dashboards.
- Support reporting on media coverage and campaign performance.
What We're Looking For- 1-2 years of experience in:
- External Communications
- Public Relations
- Corporate Communications
- Integrated Communications
- Media Relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience drafting communication materials for executives or senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's media landscape, creator economy, and social media platforms.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Interest in technology, AI, careers, and the future of work is an advantage.
