Execute communications plans & activities as directed by Regional/Global Communications leads
Day‑to‑day operations ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery of materials across SEA
Internal communications initiatives that promote employee engagement, clarity & alignment
Draft & coordinate content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet updates and employee events
Assist with communications for community, volunteer, and ESG‑related activities
Assist with execution of media relations activities, including drafting and proofreading press releases, media materials, coordinating media interviews and briefings and managing media lists, tracking coverage, and compiling reports
Localize global communications materials for SEA
Support communications around industry events, milestones and announcements
Draft, edit, and adapt communications content, including press materials, Internal announcements, Social media and digital content and Event‑related communications assets
Ensure all content is accurate and audience‑appropriate adhering to company guidelines
Maintain strong version control and document management discipline
Job requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage details, timelines, and multiple tasks with accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
Strong work ethic, resilience, and willingness to learn
Provide hands‑on communications support for industry events, sponsorships, and Lam‑hosted activities in SEA
Coordinate logistics related to communications deliverables with various stakeholders including agencies / vendors
Take on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
