Communications & Marketing Intern

In view of our retail business expansion, we would like to invite high caliber candidates to join our Singapore new office and support the Southeast Asia and Pacific region

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of samples, loans, deliveries, and logistic arrangements in collaboration with external agencies and franchisee partners.
• Support with management and organization of sample storeroom and inventory checks on regular basis.
• Assist in planning and execution of sample stock take and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist to request and compile clippings from PR agencies & franchisee partners.
• Assist to compile special reports and other ad-hoc reports.
• Support with planning and executing product-related events including pop-ups, ad hoc events, and client-related in-store activations.
• Support with sourcing and liaising with external vendors.
• Data entry of SAP Management for PO creation, vendor creation, invoice submission, logistic-related documents. etc.
• Provide support in other marcom-related day to day activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines
• Good team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills and learning agility
• Ability to work as part of a team, detail-oriented and organization skills
• Positive work attitude and a keen learner with a can-do mind set
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Internship Commitment

• Ability to commit at least 6 months on full-time basis are preferred
