Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Comms Manager of 2-4 years of relevant experience, is responsible for crafting clear, compelling messaging and content for internal communications. The role connects the region as well supporting business initiatives across growth, strategy, clients, and the wider dentsu network. The communications need to drive regional connectivity, ensuring teams are aligned, informed, and united around key priorities and opportunities across APAC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth

1. Communications Strategy & Planning

  • Design and implement communication strategies that align with key initiatives, growth priorities, and organisational goals.
  • Develop clear, consistent, and connected communication plans that enhance transparency and engagement across the business.
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders to ensure communications support major business moments, strategic programs, and change initiatives.

2. Communications Development & Distribution

  • Produce all internal and external communications content, including but not limited to newsletters, updates, announcements, and campaign messaging.
  • Manage end‑to‑end distribution across the right channels to ensure communications reach and resonate with the intended audiences.
  • Maintain a strong editorial standard across the organisation, ensuring clarity, alignment, and consistent brand voice.
  • Develop high‑quality content and materials for leadership, including townhall presentations, strategic narratives, talking points, scripts, and senior leadership meeting decks.
  • Prepare materials for key internal events, strategic reviews, and senior forums

3. Content Activation & Internal Engagement

  • Drive awareness and adoption of content by activating it through internal channels, enablement hubs, and team communications
  • Act as a communication partner to the growth and client networks, ensuring smooth flow of information, best practice sharing, and alignment across markets.
  • Support cross‑regional collaboration by connecting teams with relevant content, insights, and communications assets.
  • Ensure visibility of key initiatives, wins, and updates across the broader dentsu and APAC region
  • Collect feedback and continuously refine communication approaches to improve engagement and impact.

Key Performance Metrics:

  • Content engagement performance
  • On-time delivery and quality of content outputs
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with delivered content
