Role Summary
The intern will support the hospital redevelopment project by documenting progress, informing staff through multiple communication channels, and strengthening knowledge management practices. This role provides exposure to healthcare operations, project management, and the application of digital/AI tools in knowledge systems.

Key Responsibilities
Communications
Chronicle the redevelopment process through newsletters, articles, visuals, and digital content.
Prepare periodic staff updates across multiple channels (email, intranet, digital screens, print).
Maintain and refresh the hospital's intranet redevelopment page.
Support engagement materials for townhalls, staff briefings, and workshops.
Knowledge Management
Curate, organise, and maintain project documentation, decisions, and action items.
Manage a matters arising and closure tracker and decision register.
Explore AI-enabled tools to support knowledge capture and retrieval.
Contribute to the development of a structured repository of project materials.
Collaboration & Learning
Work with project teams across administration, clinical services, architecture, and engineering.
Participate in project meetings to take notes and capture insights.

Requirements
Current undergraduate student from a local university (preferred: Communications, Business, Public Policy, Information Systems, Knowledge Management, or related disciplines).
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with communication platforms (intranet, newsletters, Canva/Adobe, MS Office).
Interest in knowledge management and emerging digital/AI tools.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
