Communications Intern

About the role

As a Communications Intern at Industrious, you will be responsible for supporting the Creative and Marketing Team in marketing and content creation.

A successful Communications Intern will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy in maintaining marketing trackers. Also, to ensure good housekeeping of Industrious media and marketing content.

The Communications Intern will report to the Creative Director.

What you'll do

Media Research and Content Creation

• Assist in the creation of social media content
• Support the creation and writing of EDM
• Content research for upcoming campaigns and marketing purposes
• Support content and writing for the website and other channels
• Support in short video creations for social media, according to TGR Brand Guidelines.
• Ensuring regular sharing of media content to increase presence on media platforms, not limited to official websites, social media, etc.
• Insert keyword tag assets on the digital asset management platform

Housekeeping and Administration

• Assist in housekeeping of slide library - a resource hub
• Ensure accurate formatting and compilation of media clippings
• Ensuring high accuracy on site meeting trackers and other relevant trackers
• Support in ensuring updated content on Website and Mobile app (Eg. Upcoming Events, Perks and Benefits for Members)

Who you are

Requirements

• Interested candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Marketing and content creation tools
• Comfortable with social media content writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualities

• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong organizational and planning skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills; confidence in interacting with vendors, speakers, and cross-company teams at all different levels of seniority
• Self-starter with a good attitude toward learning
