Communication Trainer

Role Overview

We are looking for freelance Communication Trainers to deliver classes and workshops using the SpeakEasy Methodology.

This role combines delivery and development. Trainers will carry out the SpeakEasy Methodology while also working closely with the founders and training group to refine the approach, develop curriculum, and prepare lesson materials. This is an opportunity to help shape the programme as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver in-person classes and workshops using the SpeakEasy Methodology

Prepare lesson plans and session materials

Contribute to curriculum development across age groups and programmes

Participate in training discussions to refine and evolve the methodology

Facilitate practical speaking and listening exercises

Create a safe and supportive learning environment

Provide clear, grounded, and constructive feedback

Who We're Looking For

Experience in training, teaching, facilitation, media, theatre, or coaching

Comfortable leading small groups and practical exercises

Able to plan and structure lessons clearly

Open to collaboration and feedback

Interest in building and shaping a training methodology

ACTA or formal training certification is a plus, but not required.
