We are expanding our critical minerals business and are looking for 4 experienced Commodity Trading Managers to drive sourcing, sales, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and trade critical minerals (e.g. lithium, nickel, rare earths)
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers (mines) and buyers (traders, manufacturers)
- Lead negotiations, structure deals, and execute contracts
- Identify market opportunities and close transactions
- Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics
Requirements
- Experience in commodity trading / mining / resource sector preferred
- Strong network of suppliers or buyers is a big advantage
- Familiar with trade processes (contracts, LC, logistics, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and execution skills
- Able to independently drive deals to completion
Compensation
- Base salary + high commission (deal-driven)
- Performance-based, no cap on earnings
- Package negotiable based on experience and resources
