Key Responsibilities:
- Develop commissioning WBS codes, define activities, and allocate durations based on system and sub-system definitions.
- Establish system interdependencies and input logic links within the project schedule.
- Estimate and input commissioning man-hours into the integrated project schedule.
- Integrate construction milestones, commissioning sequences, and project completion targets to create a master schedule for execution teams.
- Plan and incorporate manpower mobilization timelines into the schedule.
- Reflect supplier and third-party commissioning contractor mobilization plans within the project schedule.
- Schedule integrity leak test activities, including mobilization planning.
- Regularly review and analyze the project schedule, providing recommendations for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Support the project team by executing responsibilities as directed by the reporting authority.
- Maintain a disciplined, collaborative, and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience in onshore/ offshore Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficient in using Primavera (P6) and MS Project.
- Planning of commissioning related activities in preparation and Execution phases.
- Estimation of duration and associated manhours required for Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Activities.
- Planning of Offshore Commissioning and start up activities.
