JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures
- Review contractor reports and ensure compliance with technical standards
- Conduct site inspections and witness testing and performance verification
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports
- Knowledge sharing with junior staff and contribute to team development
- Uphold health and safety standards in line with company and client policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in testing and commissioning,
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Strong understanding of E&M systems and commissioning processes
- Excellent communication, project management and Leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English Chinese language skills are advantageous
- Prior experience in data center projects is highly desirable
