Gateway Search is proud to work with the service provider for turnkey power protection solutions. Due to their business expansion in Singapore, they are looking to bring on board a qualified Commissioning Engineer.
Do note that this role is based on 5.5 working days.
Job Responsibilities
- Commissioning of DRUPS (Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply)
- Responsible to provide quality service standard to customer
- Coordinate commissioning activities with customer/ vendor/ sub-con
- Provide feedback of AE/Tech/GW performance to the management
- Provide on-site technical advice to customer
- Provide reports with detail findings and recommendations to customer
- Participate in planned routine maintenance and Adhoc works
- Monitor all maintenance activities e.g. battery, coolant, etc.
- Update and report any outstanding issue for assigned site
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent working level.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical role preferably involving complex system installations and/or maintenance
- Strong problem-solving ability. You think on your feet and find effective solutions fast and you have a hands-on, proactive attitude.
- Able to understand Boolean PLC logic for troubleshooting purpose.
- Excellent understanding of electrical and basic mechanical drawings in order to carry out commissioning and troubleshooting
