Job Description

  • Assist chefs in preparation and mise en place for service
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with SFA guidelines
  • Follow recipes and plating standards consistently
  • Receive and store deliveries with proper FIFO practices
  • Support daily cleaning and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
  • Participate in daily team briefings and kitchen operations
  • Uphold food safety and workplace safety standards
