Job Summary
As a Commis Cook / Cook, you will support kitchen operations by preparing and cooking food, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and assisting with inventory and cleanliness to ensure excellent dining experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and kitchen standards to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes are served to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet company standards.
- Monitor and control stock levels of food ingredients to support efficient kitchen operations.
- Inspect kitchen supplies and equipment regularly to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily kitchen operations and improve guest and team satisfaction.
- Perform assigned cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized kitchen environment.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned to support kitchen functions and overall service quality
