  • Assist Head and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and portion food according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, recipes, and preparation methods.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of food products.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all kitchen areas.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment regularly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with monthly stock counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Basic food and hygiene certification.
  • Prior culinary experience is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • High standard of personal hygiene.
