We are growing into evening service and looking for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team and grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

As Commis Chef, you will be an important part of the kitchen team, learning, contributing, and building your foundation in a well-run and supportive environment.

Assist with daily preparation of deli dishes, sandwiches, sides, and other menu items to recipe and presentation standards
Support station setup, mise en place, and kitchen readiness ahead of service
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of your station throughout the shift
Assist with stock rotation, portioning, and minimising wastage
Support the kitchen team during both lunch and evening service periods
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Take direction from senior kitchen team members and show initiative in your learning and development

Who We're Looking For

Some prior kitchen experience is a plus, but we welcome those who are hungry to learn
Someone reliable, punctual, and genuinely enthusiastic about food
Comfortable working at pace and as part of a team
