CLIENT PROFILE:
Our client is a Singapore-based engineering company specializing in EPCIC, design, and consultancy services for offshore energy projects, including FPSOs, FSOs, and floating wind. With operations across Asia, they deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to commissioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tender Management: Formulating and compiling customer inquiries, tenders, and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to prepare and submit bid proposals.
- Proposal Development: Collaborating with business units to prepare tender costings, quotations, and comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assisting the sales and marketing team in developing strategies to promote wellhead products and services, participating in tender processes, and providing cost proposals for services.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the organizations offerings.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends related to wellhead equipment and services.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all proposals and bids comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records of all tender and bid activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be a huge advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience related to Wellheads / Trees (especially Subsea) preferred.
- Prior experience with Tendering process (especially technical / commercial).
- Have demonstrated chronicle success in winning major tenders.
- Good team player with ability to work with all levels of staff.
- People and service-oriented personality with confident and positive attitude.
- Strong business acumen with good connection to customers
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
