Mon-Fri, Office Hours | Fully Onsite
Up to $4,600/month

Job Scope:
. Support Sales & Marketing teams on events, workshops and customer meetings
. Coordinate contracts, documents, approvals and commercial follow-up
. Assist with sales reports, dashboards and operational support
. Support procurement and purchase requisition processes
. Manage calendar, travel, expenses and meetings for Head of MED, SEA
. Coordinate vendors, venues, logistics and event arrangements

Requirements:
. Min. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
. Experience in Sales / Marketing / Commercial Support preferred
. MNC experience advantageous
. Hands-on, organised and comfortable supporting events
. Experience with SAP, Concur and Salesforce preferred
. Strong coordination and communication skills
