Commercial Strategy Manager
About The Role
As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and be based in our Singapore headquarters. You will act as a strategic partner, driving both competitive intelligence and operational excellence. This role blends strategic market analysis with hands-on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration to support our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to assess business models, product offerings, and market positioning.
- Research and evaluate industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning.
- Develop strategic recommendations and present insights to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Lead cross-departmental process improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement workflow optimization solutions with department heads.
- Manage and deliver strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational improvements and project success.
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and business cases to support leadership decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within consultancy or technology industries
- Strong track record in leading process improvement and strategic initiatives in fast-growing organizations.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Business proficiency in Mandarin is required to prepare strategic reports and liaise effectively with clients based in Taiwan and China
