Job Summary

Join GUNUNG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING as a Commercial Executive to drive sales of construction products, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic industry environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and market construction material products to contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders to increase sales reach
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional sales support and addressing customer needs
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries to secure orders
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products and services to clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform sales strategies
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in construction materials, building products, steel products, or related industries
  • Proven track record in commercial sales and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful sales engagements
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to meet sales goals
  • Knowledge of the construction industry in Singapore is advantageous
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
