Job Summary
Join GUNUNG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING as a Commercial Executive to drive sales of construction products, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic industry environment.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market construction material products to contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders to increase sales reach
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional sales support and addressing customer needs
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries to secure orders
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products and services to clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform sales strategies
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in construction materials, building products, steel products, or related industries
- Proven track record in commercial sales and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful sales engagements
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to meet sales goals
- Knowledge of the construction industry in Singapore is advantageous
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
