About the Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate finance professional to join our Debt Management Consulting team. You will work with institutional investors (sovereign wealth funds, real estate private equity firms, asset managers) to help them manage their debt portfolios using our proprietary risk management platform. This is not a back-office role-you will apply your front-office lending expertise to interpret complex loan documents and structure data into actionable digital models.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret commercial real estate loan documents to extract key terms (covenants, interest rates, maturities, prepayment provisions).
• Translate unstructured loan data into structured, accurate digital models within our SaaS platform.
• Partner with clients to understand their investment strategies and financing structures.
• Design workflows to track covenant compliance, loan reporting, and portfolio analytics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct experience in commercial real estate lending (bank, private credit, or real estate investment firm).
• Strong understanding of loan structures, documentation, and underwriting.
• Ability to interpret complex legal loan documents accurately.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Front-office lending experience (deal underwriting and loan structuring).
• Background in real estate turnaround & restructuring or debt valuation.
