Our client is a leading largescale infrastructure and supply chain ecosystem operator, playing a critical role in enabling global trade and logistics flows. With significant investments in nextgeneration facilities, automation, and integrated supply chain solutions, the organisation is undergoing a strategic shift from asset operations to ecosystemled commercial growth.

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with a highcalibre individual to drive ecosystem partnerships and revenue growth.

Your new role

As a Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving business development activities and managing strategic customer relationships across a complex supply chain environment. This position combines commercial strategy, solution development, and execution, and requires close collaboration with both external partners and internal teams.

You will work with customers and service providers to structure, negotiate, and implement commercial solutions that address endtoend operational and business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to support revenue and volume growth
  • Managing and strengthening relationships with customers, logistics partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • Developing pricing frameworks and commercial proposals for local and regional solutions
  • Negotiating commercial terms and supporting contract finalization
  • Translating customer needs into executable operating and service models
  • Working closely with operations, finance, legal, and technology teams to implement agreed solutions
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for customers to ensure effective delivery and ongoing satisfaction
  • Monitoring market trends, customer developments, and competitive activity

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial, business development, or solutionoriented sales roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and close commercial agreements
  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, infrastructure, or related services environments
  • Exposure to one or more of the following sectors is advantageous: Life Sciences & Healthcare, Industrial & Technology, Retail & Consumer
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work across multiple internal functions to operationalize commercial arrangements
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fastmoving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office data awareness or analytical curiosity is an advantage
  • Adaptable and responsive to evolving customer and business requirements
