Key Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire and grow residential and commercial mortgage business through referrals, campaigns, walk-ins and inbound enquiries.
- Manage the full mortgage application process from lead generation to loan offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain relationships with property agents, brokers and external stakeholders to expand referral channels.
- Cross-sell complementary products (e.g. bancassurance, priority banking) to targeted mortgage segments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies and conduct standards while effectively managing risk and stakeholder relationships.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of banking sales experience, preferably in retail mortgage.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore real estate market and mortgage regulations/frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with external partners (e.g. agents, brokers).
- Self-driven, customer-focused and able to work independently, including off-site and weekend engagements when required.
