Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand key client relationships with ship management companies and ship owners
- Prepare tailored proposals, lead negotiations, and close ship repair contracts, costing
- Identify new market opportunities and gather market intelligence
- Collaborate closely with technical, legal, and commercial teams to deliver results
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 5-8 years relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in sales or commercial roles (newbuilding preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
