Job Description
- Lead pre- and post-contract management, including tender reviews and negotiations
- Manage contract administration, including claims and variation orders
- Ensure compliance with BCA, LTA, and MOM regulations
- Oversee main contract and subcontract agreements execution
- Prepare, review, and submit contractual claims and correspondences
- Monitor project budgets and cost performance
- Track cash flow and financial forecasts for projects
- Manage monthly progress claims and payment certifications
- Oversee final account preparation and settlements
- Implement cost control measures and value engineering initiatives
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Provide commercial support to Project Directors and site teams
- Prepare and present commercial and financial reports to management
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Support audits, insurance matters, and dispute resolution processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in construction or M&E industry in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of contract forms (PSSCOC, SIA, FIDIC, LTA)
- Expertise in cost management, claims, and contract administration
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
