The Company
Our client, an MNC in the FMCG industry, is looking to hire a Commercial Finance Analyst on a 6 months contract basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing trade spend accruals, validating customer claims, and ensuring accurate documentation for payment processing. The role involves maintaining customer pricing in SAP, preparing ageing reports, and driving compliance through process reviews. You will support reporting and analysis by delivering insightful commentaries, preparing business review decks, and assisting with pricing proposals and ROI evaluations. Additionally, you will contribute to planning and forecasting by identifying risks and opportunities, supporting business planning, and managing financial overlays. This position also includes posting journals, supporting project implementations, and building business cases for new initiatives.
Your Profile
We are looking for a degree-qualified finance or accounting professional with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and has exposure to ERP and management reporting systems. Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, insightful business performance reports are essential, along with a proven track record of working proactively across commercial functions.
