Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day execution of our product, marketing, and sales initiatives. This role requires a hands-on individual who can turn commercial insights into action, coordinate with operations and production, and drive growth while strengthening our community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute commercial campaigns across product marketing, sales, promotions, loyalty programs, and partnerships.
• Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and inventory management.
• Oversee collaborations and partnerships, identifying opportunities to expand brand presence.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, marketing, or business management, ideally in retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Data-driven insights and decision-making
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
