Commercial Executive / Quantity Surveyor (EPC Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and detailed quantity take-offs for electrical works

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for EPC power projects

• Handle tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and procurement support

• Manage contracts, variation orders, claims, and cost reporting

• Monitor project budgets and cost performance throughout project lifecycle

• Work closely with engineering and project teams on electrical scope (solar, BESS, substations, buildings)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of QS experience in construction or EPC projects

• Must have prior working experience in Singapore (construction or EPC projects)

• Experience in electrical works (power plants, substations, or building services) is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement processes

• Ability to work in fast-paced EPC project environments
