Responsibilities:
- Own SEA P&L performance, managing portfolio-channel mix, pricing, promotions, and cost control to deliver profitable growth from gross sales to EBITA
- Design and execute robust Go-to-Market strategies with clear channel and distribution frameworks to consistently expand revenue and market share.
- Champion an integrated omnichannel strategy, accelerating digital and online sales penetration to strengthen overall commercial performance.
- Provide strong leadership to the local cross-functional organisation, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture while directly leading the sales function.
- Deliver impactful trade marketing initiatives and brand-building strategies to enhance market positioning and commercial effectiveness.
- Establish clear annual and monthly sales objectives, closely track performance through disciplined management routines, and proactively implement corrective actions to address gaps and unlock opportunities.
- Drive accurate sales forecasting and compensation planning, partnering closely with operations to ensure product availability, optimise inventory, and support seamless execution
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in Electronics / Consumer industry
- Strong leadership and business acumen
- Omnichannel experience
