A high-growth, licensed payments infrastructure company is hiring a Global SalesDirector to lead its commercial organisation globally, with APAC as it's focus.
This is a senior commercial leadership role overseeing sales strategy, revenue execution, and global expansion. The network supports PSPs, financial institutions, fintechs, marketplaces, and enterprises needing fast, compliant cross-border settlement across local fiat and stablecoin rails.
The Commercial Director will own all aspects of revenue leadership: acquiring enterprise clients, expanding existing relationships, and building a high-performing global sales team. The role focuses on B2B payments, enterprise gateway integrations, and large PSP/merchant onboarding, with sales cycles driven heavily by API adoption, technical scoping, and multilayer stakeholder management.
We are looking for a commercial leader who brings proven experience from modern B2B payment gateways or other payments infrastructure providers. A strong network including remittance, PSPs, etc will be highly desireable.
