Job Summary
The Commercial Digital Product Manager will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the commercial digital platform, driving innovation and aligning product development with company goals and market demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and communication of a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and market needs
- Identify market opportunities and analyze competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, including features, enhancements, and bug fixes, to maximize value delivery
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on business outcomes
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive end-to-end product delivery and ensure timely execution
- Manage stakeholder relationships across sales, engineering, compliance, and clients to align priorities and foster collaboration
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) plans and create product marketing materials such as pitch decks, brochures, and website content to support sales efforts
- Translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps and build compelling business cases for new initiatives
- Conduct digital platform demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase product capabilities and value
- Leverage knowledge of commercial banking services and APAC banking regulations to ensure product compliance and relevance
- Support regional expansion efforts by engaging with prospective clients across Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Extensive experience in product management within digital banking, financial technology, or commercial banking platforms
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital product strategies and GTM plans
- Strong expertise in building and scaling enterprise digital platforms, APIs, or banking software with regional exposure in APAC
- Deep understanding of commercial banking workflows such as entitlements, payments, liquidity management, commercial loans, trade finance, onboarding/servicing workflows, reports, and dashboards
