New role to join a listed technology focused MNC, HQ for Asia in Singapore.
You will be joining an established legal team (5+) to support the expansion and adoption of new products and services relating to AI / Software.

Job Description
- This role will focus on supporting the business with legal advice relating to AI product development across key clients / partnerships across the APAC region.
- You will support the business through complex negotiations with early stage strategic advice, drafting, review and the closure of a variety of AI product related agreements.
- You will manage sourcing relationships with with vendors and respond to inquiries on contract interpretation and compliance.
- Work on the launch of new products and services with collaboration across Business Development, Operations and Growth teams.
- Work on global projects with exposure to key stakeholders across the US and EMEA regions.
Requirements
- 6 - 10 PQE
- Education and Law Firm credentials should be Tier 1
- Mixture of law firm and In-House experience preferred
- Legal skillsets can include AI, Commercial/Regulatory
- Softer skills include: Ability to build rapport in short time frames, friendly, high standards on work output, driven but not aggressive
- Ability to work with various cultural backgrounds in Asia and overseas - essential
